Start with a call.
Call 678-992-4229 to discuss your lock or key issue. Give your exact location, tell us whether the property or vehicle is accessible and describe what has stopped working. Ask about current availability before arranging a visit.
If you are calling from a parking lot, include the lot or garage name, level and the vehicle description. At a managed building, have the building number and access instructions ready.
A few details to keep nearby
For a home or business, mention whether the key is lost, the lock is damaged or you want to change who has access. If you already bought new hardware, have the make and model ready. For a car, give the make, model, year and whether any working key remains.
Have identification and proof of your right to the property or vehicle available. If someone else must approve the work, arrange that before the visit. Explain on the call if the documents are locked inside.
Confirm the plan
Ask what the estimate includes, whether any charges depend on inspection and how approval will be handled. For planned work, explain any access or scheduling restrictions. No business hours or guaranteed arrival time are published on this site.
This is a phone contact page; it does not submit a web form or online booking. If there is an immediate risk to a person, contact emergency services first.
